This is a nicely made/designed yoga mat bag. I ordered the black color and it is definitely black and not the grey you see in the product pictures. It is made from cotton canvas, and while strong, isn't too thick, hence is lightweight. I could fit my thin yoga mat in it but even my thicker, rolled up 0.5" thick and tall yoga mat fit inside the bag. It fits well enough that you can stand your rolled up yoga mat in the bag upright without having to lean it on something. I like the large pocket on the outside that wraps around half of the circumference for storage as well as the hidden zippered pocket that lies inside it for smaller items. The shoulder strap is sewn and flows seamlessly from the bag. It is two layers of cotton canvas sewn together and is wide enough so that it feels comfortable carrying it. It also comes with a free yoga mat sling should you chose not to use the bag but use the sling to carry the yoga mat with.
