This belt is great for holding large phones (I have an Asus Zenfone 2) and your bulky car keys. It can also accommodate various water bottle sizes. I was able to easily secure a 23.6 oz water bottle. My other running belt came with 2 holsters for 10 oz bottles, but the holsters were specifically designed for the bottles which came with it. That creates a bit of hassle since you have to clean them and hope you don't lose or destroy them. With this holster, you can fit whatever bottle you want into it. It's also pretty comfortable and you don't notice it too much while running. My only criticisms are that the straps are not elastic. On harder runs, I noticed the strap riding up my waist even though it was firmly secured. I haven't had this problem with elastic strapped running belts. If it wasn't for the non-elastic straps, I would have given this belt 5 stars.
